Gran's situation gave me a reason to smile. No matter what difficulties life throws at me. The sight of her lying towards her left cheek, half of her face sunk downwards due to muscles disability, half distorted face... not being able to move but lay motionlessly. The only great movement was her eyes and the expression of pain. Gran tried to speak and move.... but minimum movement and voiceless.
Thankfully the nurse shifted her head position up right, and her face looks back in form. Her meals were just all liquid fed by a syringe which leds to the amount of weight she lost.
tears just swell up within me, my aunties, even at this moment recalling this morning's visit. A reason to smile while i still can. It breaks my heart to see her suffer. Imagine being in her shoes... she's definitely a strong 84 years old woman undergoing terminal stage lung cancer. Go gran! Stay strong.
Im wondering whats God doing right at this moment... looking up into the sky pondering. Thanks Kenneth for the reminder that God is Carrying out His plan as He has always been doing. :) A place call Heaven.
im reading a christian book, 3:16 the numbers of hope by Max Lucado. Instantly it rings a bell of John 3:16. Though i've only read a few pages from it, its fascinating! One of the interesting rare books that kept my eyes glued to the pages.
